Welcome to the Realty Grape Vine! The idea for this blog was recommended by many people that in some way, either directly or indirectly, are consumed on a daily basis with the real estate industry. Whether you are a real estate agent, broker, manager or investor we welcome your comments and posts regarding the "new real estate era," and the direction of how real estate transactions are conducted, or will be soon. Or, perhaps many consumers and homeowners are interested in knowing the direction of real estate on both a local and national basis that affects their personally owned real estate.
I believe the posts which will make the Realty Grape Vine most successful will be those that are real life experiences of the Realty Grape Vine members. Where as there have always been many speculators in the real estate industry, nothing compares to actual case study on a local basis. After all, real estate is local by nature, and always will be.
So how has this "new" real estate market affected those that make their living in the real estate industry?
How have you had to adapt to the market as we know it today? Is it frustrating to think that after so many years of either selling and listing real estate, writing loans, appraising properties and investing in income producing real estate that most of what you know and learned does not apply today?
